For me, planning, catering and the management of an event are the most important elements. Get any of them wrong and the event will simply crash & burn! I believe the quality of the food and how much importance my teams put into the event planning element are the two reasons this part of the business has done so well over the last few years.

They devote a huge amount of time to sourcing the perfect produce and ingredients that make up our exciting contemporary menus. Increasing sustainably sourced, local produce year on year has been at the forefront of all our chefs decision making process.
All of the above ensures only the freshest ingredients are used to make the many cherished dishes, which enhances each individual flavour and texture. This enables us to provide clean, fresh tasting food that is exciting to experience, and allow each element of each dish to sing perfectly.
